One Life Guided, LLC Grant Consulting provides comprehensive services to individuals and organizations that are seeking funding for their organization. These services include grant writing, proposal review, professional proposal editing, proposal development, proposal submission, grant compliance and reporting, and program evaluation.

La’Quasha Good
​
La’Quasha received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her master's degree in Higher Education from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and her second master's degree in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
She is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. Program in Educational Research Measurement, and Evaluation with a concentration in Program Evaluation.

La'Quasha has over seven years of experience writing and managing grants in federal, public, and private sectors. Her passion for writing grants and helping individuals and entities secure funding led her to create One Life Guided Grant Consulting.

OLG SENIOR PARTNER
Alicia Joy McDowell
M.Ed.
Alicia Joy McDowell received her bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her master's degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.
Joy brings extensive program and project management experience to OLG. She has managed a wide range of grant programs, including those in education, housing and homeless services, and art. Her portfolio has included federal and state government grants, private donations, and community funding.

Joy believes that the redistribution of wealth is essential to improving equitable outcomes and creating a more just society where everyone’s needs are met. She leads her work with a commitment to serving communities where needs have not historically been met, centering the mission statement of community based organizations, and ensuring outstanding work quality.
