Short Term Project Management services can help with any stage of your project, but are meant to provide support for a shorter period of time. These services may best fit the following:

Established projects or programs with temporary capacity gaps. Services may include performance monitoring, fulfilling reporting requirements, or performing a root cause analysis to address a problem.
Medium Term Project Management
Duration: 6-9 months
Cost: Starting at $1,500
Medium Term Project Management services can help complete any stage of your program or project. Through our medium-term support, One Life Guided can robustly support multiple aspects of your project. Examples of projects or programs this may best fit include:

Projects seeking mid-year performance monitoring and evaluation analysis with recommendations.

Programs needing complete project set up and launch, including budget creation and/or review, a communications plan, a stakeholder analysis and engagement plan, a comprehensive project timeline with milestones, and documentation of deliverables with key action steps
Long Term Project Management
Duration: 9-12 months
Cost: Starting at $10,000
Long Term Project Management services offer robust support for the full duration of ~1 year projects. One Life Guided will work closely with your team to develop and manage a range of services or a few services for a longer period of time. Examples of programs or projects these services may best fit include:

Services Consultation
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $150
The services consultation will provide an opportunity for the prospective client to give a comprehensive overview of the goals of the program or project and will supply One Life Guided with important information needed to create a detailed service proposal and a contract for services. During the consultation we will discuss the project timeline in alignment with the desired service package and intended deliverables of the service. We will follow up the consultation with a service proposal with a contract for services.
Discovery Call
Duration: 20 minutes
Cost: Free
During our discovery call OLG’s Senior Partner will take some time to learn about your organization's vision and work. As a prospective client, you will have the opportunity to ask any clarifying questions about service packages. We will begin assessing the needs of your organization and how OLG can support your program or project.
