INITIAL GRANT SERVICES CONSULTATION
Duration: One Hour
Cost: $150.00

Initial consultations are scheduled with the founder of One Life Guided to understand the needs of the client. This will provide an opportunity for the client to give a comprehensive overview of the goals of the intended service and will supply the founder with important information needed to propose services provided by One Life Guided that will align with the overall objective of the client. Clients are encouraged to utilize One Life Guided as a space to obtain knowledge, get questions answered, and imagine how consultant services can further expand their new or ongoing organization. Consultations are scheduled for one hour virtually or in-person (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area). If additional services are provided, the Consultation fee will be applied to the desired Grant Proposal Package.
FUNDING SEARCH
Duration: One Week
Cost: $250.00
A comprehensive funding search will be conducted based on the needs of the client and the alignment of the client's goals, timelines, and desired funding capacity with the available funding opportunities. This includes searches for Federal, State, Local, and Foundational funding sources. A Funding Search package will be generated and sent to the client.
GRANT PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND SUBMISSION PACKAGES

Grant Proposal Writing
This service is a full grant proposal written by One Life Guided Staff. The grant proposal will be written based on the guidelines of the funding agency. OLG believes in incorporating the voice of the client through every step of the research and writing process. This service includes an initial draft of the written grant proposal and a final draft after feedback from the client is incorporated.

Comprehensive Budget & Budget Justification Development +$500.00 Most funding agencies require a budget and budget justification. This service will include a comprehensive budget and budget justification based on the vision of the client. This will include (if applicable): fringe and benefits, F&A costs, subcontractor calculations, direct cost line items, etc.

Development of Application Materials = Starting at + $500.00 Many funding agencies require more than a written grant proposal. Additional application materials requested by the funding agency may include components such as letters of support, letters of commitment, diversity statements, abstracts, etc. This service will provide drafts of all additional application materials.

Application Submission = +$250.00 Each funding agency require different types of submissions. For large grant agencies, this includes navigating complex systems. This service will submit all applications and materials on behalf of the client.

This service is for organizations that have prepared a written grant proposal and are seeking a comprehensive proposal review and professional editing. The review and edit will include content enhancement suggestions, grammatical corrections, (re)organization of proposal content, foundational data inclusions, etc. Two rounds of review are provided with this service.
Strategic Submissions Package

Investment: $3,000/month (minimum 3-month commitment)

This service is designed for organizations looking for a short-term grant writer. Our fixed monthly retainer fee guarantees up to two grant submissions per month. This comprehensive package includes grant writing, proposal package development including budgets, budget justifications, supplemental materials, and grant submissions.

GRANT MAINTENANCE: COMPLIANCE & REPORTING
Duration: One Year
Cost: Starting at $5,000.00
Compliance and reporting can be a burden on many organizations. This service can be utilized by grant recipients whose funder provides strict compliance rules and requires quarterly or bi-annual or annual performance reporting. This service provides one year's worth of compliance audits and performance reporting to the funding agency.

PROGRAM EVALUATION
Duration: 3 - 9 months
Cost: Starting at $10,000.00
Program Evaluation is a formal approach to collecting, analyzing, and using data to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of a Program. This service can be utilized by grant recipients whose funder requires annual program evaluations or by organizations that are seeking to gain a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness and efficiencies of their programs. This service will entail 3-9 months of formal evaluation grounded in data collection and analysis. Formal proposals and reports will be generated for use by the program to support funding efforts, improve overall implementation, etc.

Development and Fundraising
This service is designed for organizations with an interest in using fundraising campaigns to garner funding from individuals and companies. Organizations will work closely with OLG Staff to develop campaigns based on the client's needs and the package selected.
